Guest Feedback App – Case Study

Navtech Software has been commissioned by Feed It Back to build the mobile app component of their customer feedback system.

The system – which combines guest feedback with electronic point of sales data – has proved highly popular and successful among clients. For example, Brains (Wales’ biggest brewer and hospitality company) experienced a 2,000% increase in feedback volume since deploying it in June 2014. 94% of  their customer reviews are completed before the guest leaves. 37% of guests select a staff member, by their photo, for praise.
